Sorry if Germans but watching the games again he was a critical piece of the running game puzzle along with Moore. Nasty blocker and dominant at times. LF7 highlights he and Moore usually were the key blocks to second level. Is there a drop dead date on his eligibilty request ?

I cant believe it's taking this long to make a ruling. Shouldnt this be pretty easy to rule one way or another? You know how much he played, make a decision or not. I'm sure he'd like to know if he can play another season or not before summer time.

not sure about a date, but based on the letter of the law he doesn't qualify for another year

How many times do I have to post that he already said on instagram he was coming back for a 6th year

You would think they would rule on it to make him eligible for draft if they deny it.
He would likely be a late pick at best with a definite free agent pickup.
My guess is he is done. When he came back against Fla that was it even though he got hurt real early.

He will 100% be back on campus. The question is can he have an on field role or will he be in some sort of sideline assistant capacity.

Maybe he can rip the fans some more. That may help him get a ruling.

I feel like if the NCAA doesn't grant him this year, he has missed his chance to interview with NFL teams for the draft.

Gordon has the makings of a decent NFL OT.

Very important ruling, as our offense hinges on 2 guys who hardly ever touch the football.

He's not going to be granted eligibility, I can almost guarantee it.

I think Gordon is an incredible blocking TE and hope he returns, but IMO people blow this up in their heads way too much regarding last season and his actual contributions.

If I'm not mistaken Gordon was hurt very early in the auburn game (game 2), and as soon as he came back against UF.

He was a part of a 159 yd performance against MSU ( under 6 YPC) and that's about it last year. Fournette had his biggest performances without Gordon. I think fans fall back on this as a reason for our 3 loss stretch late in the season while it's not necessarily true.

Do I think he would have helped? Yes.
But on paper it's just not true that there was a dip in Fournettes production.
