Way,way more talent, and we were playing a big 12 team, they can't hang with the SEC

We had a few African American players back. Too many white kids now

For starters
Look at the 1-4 batters in each lineup. It's not even comparable. Kramer and Cole were terrible in this whole cws tournament. Duplantis was pretty much a nonfactor and Deichmann fell off the face of the earth. What was he 0-4 last night and 1-4 the night before?
It's sad when the bottom of the lineup is the heart.
2009 team would beat this team 8 out of 10 times.

I think 2009 was easily a better team, but this is a false comparison. The teams were tooled differently to compete in different eras with different rules.
It's hard to say Cole would beat out a future MLB gold glove, but maybe Lamaheiu would never have been recruited in this small ball era. Nola damn sure would have been.

I see some who looks just like Kramer there

The 09 team also had bigger balls.
Know this from experience?

09 team was all business and loaded with talent.
This team reminded me of the Smoke teams: pretty talented but prima donnas and not nearly as focused.
09 team would've run UF out of Omaha.

Blair isn't on the postseason roster.

Kramer robertson would not have been a team leader on that team I promise you that
TBH the media declared Kramer the "leader" last year after he stupidly jumped for a ball he didnt have to and busted his upper lip. Things took off from there

maybe 4 out of 5
not 8 out of 10 though

This team acted as if they won the tournament when they beat Oregon. Lack of leadership to keep them focused.
Obviously 09 had more talent.

Is this a discussion or are you telling us the right answer?

A little more? Lol you could've had a blind turtle coaching 09 and they've won the whole thing.

We were able to set up our rotation in 2009 , both Florida and LSU didn't have their Aces, but Florida had less pitching issues than we did

U think they won in 09
