It's not a gametime decision. They know but just want to send out mixed signals to make LSU prepare for both QB's. That is fine but don't be so freaking gullible.
In order for Tebow to play, he has to have been asymptomatic for a week prior to the game. Florida has known for a bare minimum a week whether he'll play or not. Game time decision is retarded. Why would Florida nullify the advantage they have over LSU by making them game-plan for two QBs by game-planning for two QBs themselves?

It is my understanding that Fla. has another player that sustained a concussion in the same Kentucky game and they have been declared "out" much earlier in the week. Now since that player didn't spend the night in the hospital (that we know) and wasn't puking on the sidelines (that we know) it seems Tebow was in worse shape. Hard to believe this guy is definitely out and Tebow is "gametime". As a matter of fact, I don't believe it.

If I could afford to do it, I'd bet my life savings TT plays. Since I don't have much in there and I'm too old to start over, I guess I'll pass!

I have a decent background in Neurology. He either doesn't play, or he and Meyer are the two biggest idiots on the planet.

I will be shocked if he plays. The doctors, university and UM would be risking not only his well being but their own future liablity.

I think Meyer is milking this for every last drop.

"I have a decent background in Neurology." What precisely does that mean?
Posted on 10/9/09 at 2:53 pm to G8TORBAIT
It means that I'm in graduate school for Physiology, am currently in an internship in a hospital, and know to a T the effects of concussions on the nervous system.
