1/9. I sat and stared at the TV for a minute after it was over, then I stood up and threw the remote into the wall, busting it into pieces. I frightened the couple that came over to watch it because I had been holding it in all game, but it was too much to contain and act like nothing was wrong. I proceeded to get hammered in hopes my memory would be erased.
It worked for the most part.

I've never really been one to blame the refs, but I just felt that game was stolen from us.
Took the dog for a walk right after, still fuming. Normally I'd clean up after her, but forgot the bags this time. The dog shite on the sidewalk in front of somebody's house but I just kept going. The guy called after me but I ignored him. On the way back he came out to the sidewalk and started to block my path. Before he said anything I pointed at him and screamed "Say one word and your face is going into the dog shite." He retreated quickly. I still can't believe how irrational I was.

1999 Auburn 41 LSU 7 The Cigar Game. Tuberville smirking. Dinardo incompetent. I got so pissed I sent a ranting e-mail to Joe Dean who then called me to discuss it - the msg had been sent from my work e-mail and had my cell # in the signature. I ended up having several enjoyable conversations with him about replacing Dinardo.
