Can we throw the published depth chart out. The guys that played did not resemble the one listed and I am not talking about suspensions...

Quinn played almost every snap at some position - mostly the slot. Have not heard one insider expert call this one... for that matter, even that he would play a snap.

Avery Peterson reported to be #1 at one WR. Did not see him on the field.

Herron DNP. Was reported to QT replacement.

Godchaux played a lot

Gilmore - not sure he played.

I am sure there are more I have not mentioned

We all knew the official depth chart was bogus as soon as it came out, even Les laughed at it and said he didnt do it.

But go back to all the pundits reports. They have not even breathed TQ's name and he played more than anybody at receiver...

Yea, I questioned the Reveille chart too but I assumed someone new something...

Sonny and Shea said all week the Top 3 receivers would be Dural, Diarse and Quinn with Leslie and Peterson in the next group.

No. He hasn't been listed as #1 on any roster for 3+ years.

Having said that, I think he turns out to be a stud.Kid is fast and sounds to have at least a bit of his brothers work ethic.

We have so many legit receivers I'm all for going spread. 5 linemen, AJ, a running back, at least 3, sometimes 4 receivers. Have a tight end instead of a receiver when we wanna pound it.

Dural, Diarse, Quinn, and Dupre at once would be nasty. Any defense would have to respect that so much that they couldn't stack the box.

At least now we see who is playing and I expect Dupre to play when he is ready. Note that half our WR's did not play but all of our TE's played.

One other thing that worries me is that from last years class Gilmore, Bain, and Herron have not played a down yet. Hope this is not wasted space at this critical position... a true freshman played in front of these guys. Yes, I know Bain was suspended.

We have some serious character problems at the DT position...some player evaluations have been done poorly!

I think there might have been suspensions on which there hadn't been a lot of comments.

Ponamsky has been saying Quinn was the most ready if the young receivers, and s and s also have been touting him. Maybe you're paying attention to the wrong pundits. Also, ponamsky has been talking up godchaux for a week, and said he would be in the rotation last night.

But the LSU Sports Information Department does. I doubt that they use a dart board.

I doubt that Michael Bonnette is laughing.
