O saw this coming and realized something dramatic had to be done, and had the testicular fortitude to do it. Of course Nick saw this coming and made changes 6 years ago. Les never bought in. Will Kirby?

2. Oklahoma Sooners
3. Clemson Tigers

5. Ohio State Buckeyes

LSU's defense is ridiculously talented and probably underrated. Clemson and Ohio State have really good defenses.

Yeah, every time I watched UGA this year I cringed at how long we dealt with that.
Crappy offense, great defense. Getting leads then slowly letting teams come back and then barely pulling them out (ND, A&M, Auburn, UF)

2015 was a bit of an anomaly in the championship game
Alabama crushed another defensive team in Michigan State and got outplayed for most of the game by Clemson but made some insane plays on special teams to sneak out the win.

Luckily for us LSU defense isn't nearly as bad as the rest of the nation thinks. Still a top 10 defense when healthy IMO

When LSU wins this one.... the defense will be a major part of it... it is called a team win for a reason.
