People judging from spring game are fricking stupid. Fact.

Harris may or may not be better and certainly has a stronger arm, but give Jennings credit as he was the talk of the town after practices all last year. He played a dumbed down offense that was designed for Mett in the bowl game in the rain against a very solid defense.

Let's just enjoy the competition and root for both. I trust Cam Cameron completely to make the right decision.

Well, since none of you have coaching experience or ability, you pretty much have to.

Harris looked better in one watered down scrimmage. The athleticism of Harris allowed him to show well in that particular game but do you get a true guage when the squad is split up like that. There is more evaluation during the other scrimmages closed to the public.
Bama is the same way, Sims was evaluated a lot more during all the scrimmages leading up to spring game, the spring game is not designed to evaluate a QB other than athleticism. There not going to show anything.

Call me crazy but I think Harris has serious accuracy issues SO FAR. I'm not saying he can't turn it around, I think he will but I think people who are ready to crown him or think he will take the starting job need to slow their roll.

I've seen him at a highschool skills challenge, spring game, and now these videos. He has had some serious accuracy issues thus far, but I have faith in Cam.

You're not crazy. That video was pretty disappointing. He has great power but accuracy is all over the place. I pretty much only have confidence in our run game at this point, and I'm just gonna see what happens with the pass expectations free.

I think ole cam will make the right decision. I watched the spring game and BH puts more zip in his passes and that's a fact. It was obvious at the spring game.

Where is his accuracy "all over the place" in these videos? Everything I saw was pretty accurate.

Not trying to pick a fight, but Brees and Manning don't put a lot of zip on the ball and are pretty effective. Much more so than most of these guys with "big arms". I'll take the more accurate guy all day. I could really care less who can throw the ball further on one knee.

Accuracy and decision making are key. The one aspect we don't have much info on is decision making. Maybe BH can prove that he is superior in that regard. Only time will tell.

It's such a small sample that it's hardly worth mentioning, but some of the throws in the video tended to be a little late and/or a little high. The passes might be high because they are late. A late start on the arm motion sometimes causes an earlier release to compensate for timing. Earlier release results in higher passes.

I'm sure Cam can fix any problems. We are pretty early in the practices.

First off, Peyton Manning has a cannon for an arm. Brees, not so much.

But with that said, if your going to have weak to average arm strength, you BETTER be extremely accurate and have great anticipation. If Jennings lacks just one of those, it will allow DBs to jump routes and take it to the house, al a the Spring Game.

Harris may not end up with the better comp percentage, but i bet he would have less INTs.
