I love how approachable he is. The players ask him lots of questions and he gives them a clear answer of what to do and how to do it. Man he seems like damn good motivator too.

He seems to see a lot. Very much a teacher. Great considering we will be playing lots of young guys. And will always be playing lots of young guys
From what I've seen it seems to be a very player friends system to just be an athlete
