Rivals has TWO Ohio State LBs(Laurinaitis and Freeman) ahead of Beckwith, FWIW.

He's 6-1 if he's lucky. Short, not that big, and a decent athlete.

Derrick Brooks is 50 times the athlete that Darry Beckwith is.

You can't argue so you resort to slamming a player that don't give a frick about.

Good job, try again later.

Maybe in potential, which is impossible to judge. He has not, however, proven to be better thus far. Then again, has any linebacker proven to be better that JL.

Don't give me the crap about the Slow 10 or the result of the championship came. We are discussing individuals here.

Beckwith is the most underrated LB in the country. He stepped in and played for us immediately. He moved from outside to inside because the coaches didn't want to take him off the field.

He has the size to stuff the middle and the speed to run to the edges and play pass protection (one area in which he is FAR better than Laurinitis). Furthermore, he has the killer instinct and he is always making plays.

Laurinitis has great size and the instincts to make up for his lack of speed. He is always around the ball and that is what you want to see. However, he doesn't have great speed, and he will get toasted by the better TEs and receiving HBs in the NFL.

Every team seems to have the most underrated guy in the country. I love Beckwith, but there are a lot of great backers out there.

I never knew that Carnell Stewart was such a badass!

When you break it down like that, it does make "JL" look pretty bad.
