who would u like to see coach o to hire. Name several with experience with great resumes and who young and who are up and coming dc's. Need a list for 4-3 defense based on their high profile defenses

Defense isn't the problem. Jones has done fine and the defense has been improving every week.

Daronte isn't the issue. His defense has been extremely stout for about 65-75 plays each game. They are left out to dry and get worn down. His Game plans and adjustments have been good.
Giving out a grade I'd give him a solid B+

Name a list of dcs who have a legit experienced dcs that runs 4-3 defense a more aggressive defense whose got more experience with a great resume or who is young and up and coming with that style of defense

O's game plan was to hire the best coordinators money can buy.
