If our defense doesn't start playing a lot better, we won't be a Hog team with no coach.

Teams have "flat" games.
All teams do, every year.

Saturday, the defense looked flat and Ole Miss played well. It reminded me of the Arky game in '07.

That being said, LSU will demolish Arkansas this week.

Auburn defeats Bama, USC upends ND, LSU beats Georgia, LSU beats ND to become the only 2-time National Champion with two losses.
Just like when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor, “It ain’t over until we say it’s over!”

You obviously don't know what a mulligan is.

By definition, a mulligan in sports is when a player or team gets a second chance to perform a certain move or action.

Bama got a mulligan last year. LSU did not get any mulligans in 2007. We won our division and the overall SEC championship, and things fell into place when teams ahead of us lost...just like what happened last weekend for Bama.

He won't be saying that tomorrow on his weekly call with Finebaum. Gumps will be like they were before the A&M game today.

They did, I'm sorry, but Les Miles cost the LSU football team the chance to play in the SECCG. As much as I like Les, he royally fricked his team out of a win against Bama. Oh well, next year I guess.

We are ONE FRICKING FIRST DOWN CONVERSION away from being #2 in the country right now....

I knew this would happen....
If we, from the Alabama 28 with 2 minutes left:
do the quick pitch to Ford around the left side, a pump slant and go to Landry, a wheel route to Ware (like in the Miss State game), a toss sweep or end around to Shepard, a button hook to Clement, or a misdirection fake pitch to the right and pass in the left flat to Clement - we get ONE MORE FIRST DOWN, and we KNEEL DOWN THREE TIMES - and we are #2 in the country...
RIGHT NOW............

I disagree. if Copeland doesn't get that stupid pf there is no telling what might happens. plus it was not miles who let bama breeze to a last minute td.

A man's gotta have hope.

If anybody can win a NC with two losses twice, it's Les Miles.
