You're taking what I said out of context. First off coaches don't big league each other by using their salaries assistants are assistants and the head coach delegates how commands trickle through the ranks. A dc doesn't tell a dline coach I make more than you you're gonna do whatever I say. It just doesn't work that way. I played db and not once did our dc ever come over to the DBS during drills and instruct us on anything, not once in 4 years. If Chavis saw flaws I'm sure he told Miles about it but it's up to Miles to change dline coaches or straighten Haley up not Chavis. I don't understand why you insist on blaming Chavis I mean what do you think Haley's job was to give his guys pep talks and fresh water?

You're talking about a dc whose defenses consistantly finished in the top 3 of the sec and he's gonna stop doing everything he's doing just to go and help 1 player work on pass rush moves? That just doesn't happen and if your Chavis and your d is working chances are you're putting in a lot of work doing other things to make that happen. Love how ppl turned on him just because he left our fans are the most disloyal on earth. One day he's the best dc in college fb the next he sucks Steele is better lmao. Happens with players and coaches here constantly the culture at LSU has gone to shite in the past 10 years and it's no suprise the product on the field reflects that.

It's funny nobody ever said Chavis needed to teach pass rushing techniques to Leonard Little, John Henderson and Albert Haynsworth. It's because he didn't coach the dline and he never has. Chavis has been at 3 sec schools whove all had different dline coaches and different pass rush results. Again because he's never been the dline coach.
