It amazes me that people still want to hear what Mike Detillier has to say.
The quotes you added to the post are some of the most generic break down of players there is. There are more insightful posts on the Rant.

I find most analysts to be bland. However, they don't make their money being super detailed. It's more about their ability to know a little bit about a wide number of players or teams.
It's why we pick apart national guys. They can't closely follow every team, and don't always get the details right. However they can typically hit the big picture stuff really well.

Mike has put in the work on his draft magazine over the years that impressed enough people in the nfl to make a name for himself and Buddy D took notice and we know the rest of the story.

Didn't you know? Every person that appears on the radio here is the worst person of all time at everything they do.
Ryan Clark may be the only person I don't hear the Rant bashing on a regular basis and it's probably because he's on so infrequently that people haven't had a chance to jump on the bashwagon.

Y'all really can be the worst. Detillier on Thursday's is the best thing about Masconas show. He gives great analysis IMO. Like someone else said j guess it's just cool to hate on all local radio
