Give me Knight over DB any day. Knight not only knew how to coach basketball, he made his student athletes attend class.

Dale had him beat in 1987, but Fess Irvin missed front end of one and one. We would have gone to Final Four in Nola.

I was in Houston by the Astrodome when LSU lost that game to Indiana in 1987. I was like 19 years old and that game loss stuck with me almost like 1/9/12.
Even my girlfriend offering me sex couldn’t get me hard after that game debacle. Lol

My dad (RIP as well) was a Knight fan and I understand, we talked a lot about it back in the day. College basketball fans as we were.
