He is 4 out of 5. Only one he missed was 47 yarder into a wind and he hit straight but just short. Not sure where that narrative came from.

Orgeron literally said we don’t have a kicker

Culp has looked solid though

Yeah, I think O was speaking wrong about that one. Maybe he got confused with Gonsolin’s misses

Or perhaps motivate

Or motivate.

Culp had been extremely inconsistent in practice/scrimmages so much so he lost his job to a walk on

Thank you, I’ve been saying the same. All his kicks have basically been money right down the middle, only miss was short. Couldn’t understand why Gonsoulin kept getting the call.

Nope. O literally said that the did not have a place kicker on this year’s team and he would focus on recruiting one for next year.

I agree on Culp. Highly thought of out of HS and he hits a true ball. Some kickers have a lot of movement and draw or fade on their kicks. His have minimal. Good height on kicks too.

Not sure how well he kicks from hashes...I think most attempts have been from straight on.

Regardless...I think he can be a very accurate kicker from 45 yards in.
