before he got to auburn borges was a balanced west coast offense guy that had alot of success. he can groom quarterbacks which we need. When he got to auburn he become more of a power run guy because of auburn personnel. I think what got tubbs fired is he brought in a guy, tried to run an offense he didnt have the players to run and let his staff implode over the offense, they won with borges. he isnt my first choice

Borges might be fine then. All I remembered about Auburn under him was a great 2004 (NFL backfield) and a bunch of boring offenses that constantly relied on the defense to bail them out.

i really think sonny dykes would be a good choice. he has been successful at arizona with any quarterback and he molds his offense to personnel and can run it or throw. kragthorpe n long are former head coaches who have good track records as offensive play callers

Mark Whipple - currently OC at Miami-FL wouldn't be a bad choice.

Might be the most interesting name I've seen thrown around so far.

We need a somewhat innovative coordinator with SEC experience. Major Applewhite is sort of interesting.

Would like to see Carmichael, the Saints OC. I know Payton is the man but Carmichael is a big up and comer. Good QB development, coached both Luke McCown and Tim Rattay at La Tech.

Probably no way this would happen but I would love to see Charlie Wiess I think would be good. He is good at qb development and is a good OC.

PLease, Charlie Weiss will never work for a coach that beat the hell out of him in front of a national audience.
