Brothers, Dec. 12 was th original date that Victor was supposed to be eligible.
I'm hearing it has been pushed back to Dec. 24, brothers.

Sucks if true. I was looking forward to seeing Victor and Hornsby finally play Sunday, would be a big letdown if neither one gets to.

I was always a little skeptical about him being immediately eligible after finals, seems like they would have to submit stuff to the NCAA or something and considering their pace it would take more than a couple days.

Thanks for the update. December 12 always sounded too early to me. I doubt the NCAA is the source of the original Dec. 12 date.

Because it was the first day after finals were over which makes it conceivably the first day he can play.

He has a final on Saturday and not travelling with team on Sunday. I believe they have to wait until grades are final and he passes for him to play.

Man this sucks! Since the being of the season all we kept hearing is that both will be back for the Houston game. Now, not so sure when Hornsby will be ready and Victor might be ready to go around the 24th of December

That was the plan originally. The way he said it made it seem like there was some miscommunication about when the semester is ended.
