I'm sure he will see the field plenty, especially if an injury occurs. Just think Loston gets the start this year. There were really cautious with him last season, which is why they needed martins depth. He did come in and do a great job as a freshman. I'm sure he will have a great career at LSU and see the field a ton. It's just finally lostons time to shine this year.

Ronald Martin will be starting!!! He's just the kid the that got his redshirt burned at the end of the year and jumped loston on the dept chart. Les said he's just to good to keep off the field. This not a knock on Loston but Ronald is a future star and another diamond in the rough 3 star that Les has found. Just face it

Burning his redshirt doesn't make him a future star. Maclin burned his redshirt to play a few snaps, too, then they redshirted him the next year anyway because it was a mistake. You want some guys who played as true freshmen and never started (except due to injuries): Keiland Williams, Jared Mitchell, Danny McCray, Greg Shaw. How do you know Martin isn't in the same boat?
How do you know he jumped Loston on the depth chart? Loston played about 5x as many snaps when both were healthy. That Martin saw about 10 snaps in a couple of blowouts doesn't mean he passed up the presumptive starter. It means he was a backup who got some mop-up duty.
Where and when did Les say that? He said it two years ago about TM7, but I never heard it about RM.
Bring on some actual facts, and I'll be happy to believe them, "big dog." But in the meantime, your opinions and assumptions are not facts.

Never said that mr. facts u just did. All i said was his redshirt was burned and he jump loston on the debt chart which is all true. After loston concussion martin got more snaps on defense and thats a fact jack!!!

First off never said burning your redshirt will make u a future star!! I said burning your redshirt will make u a future starter!! keiland danny and greg all started in their careers dude so thanks for posting those facts u idiot. Keiland and danny played in the nfl for crying out loud.

10 snaps!!!! His redshirt was burned against auburn!! If u don't know thats the game simon and tm7 was out and everybody was talking about loston getting snaps. What we got was great play out of brooks martin and bryant.
