Interesting. Would be pretty cool to beat UL then take 2 of 3 or sweep A&M this weekend.

Papierski has a jammed thumb that is getting looked at today, so Romero will "probably" catch tomorrow. Will be Johnny Wholestaff again. He said Brody Woffords power is part of what prompted the change. And Chris Reid wasn't having great ABs. Maybe having Deichmann in a more natural position to him will help with offense.

He is saying that throwing him on friday would be short rest. Thursday would be shorter rest. Poche gets that abuse.

Lange had a longer outing, lost the day with the rain and Poche is probably better in a quick bounce back type role.
I like the move of Deichmann to 3B, gets better bats in the game. The question will be whether he can handle and field the position but he did arrive to LSU as a SS

Yes he was, but him throwing Thursday would put him on 2 days less rest at A&M. Due to Easter the series is TFS this week.
