Ok I'm probably going to get butchered for this but let's assume the Cam rumors are true. Maybe the boosters, AD and President decided ok Les let's have 1 last hoorah but only if you bring in 2 young coordinators and maybe Les told them that he was indeed retiring after 2016.
Aranda is in place and he is young and up and coming. Maybe they are doing the same with an OC.
Maybe this is why this year we didn't land a lot of offensive players and the whole QB stuff with Franks and Haskins.
Just a thought.
