Better guys in the trenches(oline and dline), better play calling on offense and a more dynamic qb ( maybe Brennan is the guy). Tom Herman as oc and head coach and aranda as dc. Then we might get them. Aranda had a great scheme last night by the way. Oh, also, the refs not be so biased, they get some calls and no calls alot. Could have called holding on the td run, happened right in front of the ref.

You gotta get a better QB. I don't even think it needs to be some super-mobile guy as UA can defend laterally very quickly and you're going to get him hurt.

A guy like Auburn's QB, Shaun White would have been a good fit for LSU. Very smart. High % and accurate passer. Good enough to run on occasion for 10 yards if there's a coverage breakdown.

The talent gap is otherwise really not much aside from the D-line.

we tried spreading them out SOME. again, the problem is we couldn't win the one on one battles you HAVE TO WIN to make them counter with more defensive help in that area. we did not run it good enough to force safeties into the box or to force saefties and LB's outside so we could counter either over the top OR up/down the middle. we sucked at everything.

Saban is too short to keep winning.

Nobody will consistently beat Alabama while Saban is there.

Teams will win games occasionally against us, it's football, that's gonna happen.

We've gone 7-1 or 8-0 in conference 8 of the past 9 years (I'm already counting this year because LOL MSU).

But Alabama will likely step onto the field as the better team on paper against basically everyone they play for Saban's tenure.

Bama's QB sucked balls last night throwing it. If he had a better offensive line and a QB like Brennan who can put up some numbers, we clobber those clowns last night.
