When he does his prepared remarks, there is no one better in America.

He's on sports radio in Baton Rouge from 3 to 6. You could put Lou Holtz in that slot and he would kill it with rating. Ppl are in their car for 2 hours in Baton Rouge.

He's really not as bad as someone makes him out to be. Although, I will say the weird laugh thing is terrible and I hate hearing about Relief Windows and Darren James Real Estate in the ads

I used to listen back when it was buddy songy and a wasteland. Matt and the 104.5 boys have stepped it up for Baton Rouge. I like hanny and ott the best but am happy to see he sconeman get this honor.

I get why some people are lukewarm on Matt but most don't understand how truly awful most local radio truly is, particularly once you get to the markets around Baton Rouge's level.

Notice that the vast majority on that list are duos. Doing a one-man, 3 hour show is really difficult. Moscona deserves mad props for being as good as he is. Plus, he's not nearly as irritating as a lot of the blowhard sports talk hosts out there—if you're a solo talk host and you're only grating to listen to 25% of the time, you're elite.
There really aren't a ton of shows that are better, nationwide. Congrats to Matt, and keep up the good work.

Dudes ego is out of control already. He wasnt a complete douche until he started winning these awards. Most of the show isnt bad to me, but his attitude is awful.
