Compared to Fournette and Guice's recruitments where does Emery fall?

I'm thinking in the middle of these 2 players coming out of HS. Just wondering though, I know this kid will be great to watch here, I'm just trying to gauge how great he really will be.

Thoughts?

Right in between.

LF7 was the top player in the country. Guice was a top 50 player. Emery is a top 25 player.

But take that for what it is, he is saying as a prospect Emory at this time is just a notch below Fournette. That doesn't mean he can't have much more production. There are a lot of factors on production so he has the potential to be the best back we've seen if he stays healthy and has an experienced and talented line.

He looks a little slow for a 5 star RB.

We needed Fournette. Guice was unbelievable but we had Fournette. We need Emery.

247’s all-time recruits list for LSU has Fournette listed as #1, Emery #23, and Guice #39.

Also worth noting that as of now it looks like the 2019 roster will have 10 of our top 50 all-time recruits on that list.

ETA: LINK Take it for what it’s worth.

Eh it's almost impossible to have "much more" production than fournette. You expecting this kid to start smashing all time records?

Yeah.. going back to 247’s list, Fournette is #15 on their OVERALL all-time recruits list. It’s been said many times here, but he was/is a generational talent.

And he was also very productive. It's not expected that a 3 year player will be far surpassing what he did here.

I really think comparing anyone to Fournette is unfair. LF7 was probably the most impressive high school prospect of the decade at any position. Not exaggerating. Can we just say that he looks to be a stud and can’t wait for him to be a tiger

He had 3800 rushing yards in 3 seasons and missed 5 games his last year here. You simply don't get much more productive than that unless you're Barry Sanders and no one is touching his single season record.

Have you watched his highlight video posted on the main page? 4.4 speed blows by high school players

That isn’t 4.42 speed

I hate that we were pretty much robbed of seeing a healthy Fournette that last season

Lf led the sec in all purpose yards as a true freshman.
Set every freshman rushing record at lsu.

Then as a sophomore was the 1st sec rb to lead the nation in rushing since 1925.
Had the 2nd best rushing yards per game number in sec history.
Set every lsu single season rushing record

If Emery is MUCH MORE PRODUCTIVE then he will break sec rushing records.
