McMullen is not a leadoff hitter. Too much pop for a leadoff guy, move him to second or even clean up.

2 hole maybe, but definitely not clean up. I say he'd make a good 6/7 hole js..

I just think he could be better somewhere other than lead off. He's got a good bat. I understand that he's up there because he can get on base, and guys knock him in, but I just think he could be a good rbi guy as well.

How about Hale at 1B and Robertson at 2B. Moore comes in occasionally at DH or pinch to knock in the go ahead run

Here's my lineup

Laird/Stevenson LF-CF
McMullen DH
Bregman SS
Ibarra 3B
Schuvicque 1B
Hale 2B
Chinea C
Fraley RF
Laird/Stevenson LF-CF

ETA: If Chinea continues to struggle, KR at 2nd and Hale at 1st

I'm not asking y'all to agree with my opinion. If you disagree then that's fine. I just think he'd be better somewhere other than leadoff. I actually like switching him and Laird better. I was just saying that he could hit just about anywhere in the lineup, and still be a solid factor.
