im not sure the waddler has enough lateral range to play short. certainly has the arm though (and much more accurate than bregs).

Whatevs.

I see Cal St Fullerton is getting the eyeball treatment. While I believe that they will be as good as anybody in the nation, at this point of the season, they are not.

I'd leave Ibarra at 3B
Hale and KRob can fight over the middle IF, but I really like KRob at 2B

If Bregs was getting the Rhymes treatment he'd be playing 2B. Thats where he projects in the Majors imo

I'm asking because I don't know.
I would like to know why a 4-3 and a 5-2 team is ranked above LSU.
Is it a strength of schedule thing? After 2 and 3 losses, I'm thinking maybe they aren't that good. But like I said, I don't know any better.

Damn, I just saw State's record is 4-4. What happened to them? I thought they were a lock for Omaha

@LSUbeat: #LSU goes from 8th to 7th in @BaseballAmerica's latest college baseball poll. ULL is 10th in their poll.

Last year, they were a good team that got hot at the right time, and caught a few breaks along the way, especially in Omaha when the stupid ballpark turned two 420 foot home runs into 380 foot 9th inning outs.

They were about a .500 club in SEC games.

State last year was just like Arkansas the year before. A team that finished in the middle of the pack in the SEC that got hot at the right time and made a deep run in Omaha. The next year Arkansas was preseason #1 and we see how that turned out.
