Yeah, most people are used to other sports where each individual loss is more damaging, especially to a lesser team. In baseball, it usually takes 2 losses in the same week to negatively impact your ranking. I'm not worried about dropping a February midweek game when our #4 starter was making his first career start.

Illinois is a team to watch as far as sleepers go. You know every year a couple get hot late. UCF is another to watch as far as Omaha sleepers.
Glad to see FSU out of the rankings in D1 polls. They are down even by their standards.
Not going to see much movement in the SEC this week.
A few ACC teams backing up is all.

I don't see why they didn't flip them. Vandy hasn't looked good and dropped 2 games playing against shitty teams, while Florida took 2/3 from their #14 ranked team.

Agree and Vandy cant use the excuse of no Buehler because Florida didn't have Shore against UM.
Eye test is definetly with Florida. Vandy got lucky to win the Santa Clara series and could of easily lost Friday against Ind State.
But its still early. I might try to get over to UF/Vandy series last weekend of the year.

I was going to add this..Martin has got them right where he wants them this season.
Favorable umps probably prevented the 0-4 week for them. Jacksonville and UGA(3).
Also no one comes out to the mound more times and slower than Martin.

Maybe it seems like it cuz FSU plays a lot of those 9-7, 11-9 type games.
Other than not getting to see UCLA/UNC I've seen most of the ACC and Maryland if they were still in the conference would be a clear #2.
