get no credit for sweeping but oregon st gets credit for losing to utah valley.

It's the same story every year. Voters are bias towards their preseason rankings. It's ego. They have presumptions teams must "overcome" for 3-4 weeks before a voter is willing to admit they were wrong.

i mean , i get it . first weekend ..lost's of baseball yet to play. polls are meaningless...

but, losing to utah valley is better than beating cincy?

Voters literally ignore first week results for the most part. Like the guys at D1... they spend months working and obsessing over these teams and become blind to how a team actually plays.

I dont think its "getting credit", but its baseball. You arent going to drop just for losing one game even if it is bumfrick U.

MSState hit .365 as a team and scored 38 runs in 4 games and went 2-2... lulz.

That's why I like seeing averages instead of total runs etc.

Got 17 and 15 runs scored on ND state
