You don't win more games n a 4 year stretch than any coach before him and not be good at x's and o's. And that's with one of Miles worst recruiting classes to date. We aren't winning on talent alone.

I disagree hate to be a negatiger but Les does not take advantage of opponents weaknesses that's why he have games that are head scratchers.

You don't go for infield singles , you cut down on your swing with two strikes , you move runners over , you cut down on strike outs , all these things need to be done .
