How did Coach O hold Alabama to ) points through 3 quarters. He had absolutely nothing to do with that. All Aranda--and he should;t benefit in any way from that.
I think O has sold out and done everything possible to win the job. The organization, promotion, motivations and program skills have been great. He brought in Pete Jenkins hold things together at DL. What he could have, should have done was brought in an OC consultant to help Ensminger.
Despite what he's done there may be better candidates available at season's end. Instead of taking a shitty HC somewhere else, he should swallow pride and think about whether DL and recruiting is what he was really meant to do.

According to the rumors on the Coaching Changes Board, he would make $1.75 million next year to coach the defensive line. Only a moron would turn down that offer.
