I think he is leaving that up to Ensminger and Grimes. Word was yesterday he never interrupted the offense.

Brumfield should absolutely play over Boutte. Brumfield had the key block to spring Leonard's long 3Q run and was also in on the last drive. He hustles and is agile for his size, the opposite of Boutte.

Unless he can tinker up a couple of good offensive linemen and get them on the roster he is stuck with the linemen he has. Better to tinker with the OL coach. He can change that if Aleva and F"ing" King Alexander let him.

It might happen indirectly; it could be that Les was over-ruling Grimes and if Grimes now is free to do what he wants- maybe...

Pocic is way too slow and stiff to play LT. He needs to be inside, IMO. LT takes a really athletic body. Malone is better suited than Pocic. Honestly, I am not sure that LSU has a LT on the roster. We'll see Saturday.
As mentioned in another thread, if LSU's 5 guys didn't have to block 8 defensive players who knew what was being run, the OL would look a lot better. Hopefully, that changes starting this week.
