Coach O - 49 games, 40 wins - 12-3 against Top 10 teams

In 49 games as the LSU head coach...24 have been played against Top 25 teams. LSU has won 17 of those games, and the win percentage actually gets BETTER when you look at Top 10 opponents.
LSU is 12-3 in games against Top 10 teams, including 8 straight dating back to the UCF game last year.
In other words, of LSU's current 16-game win streak, EIGHT of those wins came against Top 10 teams.
Absurd, and incredible. Truly LEGEND STATUS.

It would be a huge understatement to say that he exceeded my expectations. He transformed LSU football and won a championship, just like he said he would.

We all thought LSU was due for some dark dark days after Troy. This program has come a long way in 2 short years. Everyone thought LSU was crazy for promoting Ed Orgeron, everyone thought they were settling when they promoted Steve Ensminger. This team is built on guys that "weren't good enough", just an amazing feat this year.

A lot of us were wrong about O. Nobody is happier than me to have been wrong too. I always liked O. I just questioned the hire at the time.
