Another reason why he's better than Saban about some aspects.

I've been a critic of Miles for the last year and half, but stories like this really make you root for the guy.

This is what you get with Les. He is a high character guy. Not so sure the Tiger nation cares

I didn't mean that Saban is an evil guy, I just don't think that he is as sociable as Miles. Not even Saban can say no to a terminal blind child.

I must admit, that is a class act for Saban and Co. to do that. Good luck to you guys beating Auburn.

Saban does seem to be way more personable at Alabama. FWIW
Dude is still intense as hell though.

Both the Miles and Saban stories remind us that there are bigger things than football. Good to see that both coaches are doing the right thing.

WRs always look bigger on TV than they do in person. But that goes to almost all football players...except T. Holiday. He is just a tiny guy.

It was a nice thing for Les to do, I don't see the point of any more comparisons to Saban, the Gumps are stuck with him now. But Miles does a lot of community service stuff that never makes the media, that is the way it should be and I bet the way Les prefers it.

Compare them on the field all you want, but I wouldn't compare Les to Saban in this type of situation b/c they are both good people when it comes to things like this.

Miles' players at LSU emulate his solid character and decent morals. He's not only coaching great football players (and sends more to the NFL than any other SEC coach) but he mentors them to be good men for the rest of their lives.

Miles haters can laugh at some of his eccentric antics but Louisiana and LSU is damed lucky to have him as the HC. See ya...

Coach Miles is a class act. I'm starting to believe that anyone who doesn't like Les Miles has more wrong with them then anything they can ever say negative about Coach.

Beating Alabama seems have turned a lot fans back to having faith in Coach Miles. The positive vibe is refreshing
