Why does he even say stuff like this. The dude is a compulsive liar.

If you take the opposite of what Miles says and run with that, you'll have a much better chance to understand what will happen.

Or, like every other coach ever (outside of Spurrier), realize that 99% of what he says is BS/coachspeak and take it with a grain of salt. He's been here for 10 years, why are people just now getting all pissy over him throwing out BS every time he speaks?

thank you for making this thread. if you hadn't, I don't think I'd have known Les Miles said this.

I guess I missed the other 30 or so threads on this very topic

Thanks for posting in this thread.

The only good thing about this whole deal is that Les is one year closer to being gone

I do think harris would have come in the game if we could have put a&m away. But we always kept them in the game.

AJ kept his competition off of the field by not scoring enough. Hmmmmm

they say he is getting 50% of the first team reps in practice...hopefully this is true.

practices are closed so don't know if that is true. That is also coming from the man that has stated that Harris was going to get playing time is the last 2 games and he DIDN'T.

Miles flat out lied to everyone there is no way to deny it, he or any of the posi-tigers can spin it how they want but they can't change the fact that he lied about it.

Miles knows there are no repercussions to what he says because he is the boss.

Wow wtf ever you dumb arse... Go suck Miles balls while he drags us down ever year with his crappy play calling, lack of clock management, and inability to play the better player.

Well maybe if our field goal kickers can hit the broad side of a barn Harris would have gotten in for a series or two, or just maybe if our senior left tackle dont get the penalty to negate field goal range we get a score of some sort and Harris gets a series or two.

Maybe just Maybe.

Seriously you actually thought Harris was going to get in the game last night? Wake up the only way Harris was getting in the game is if it were a blow out either winning or losing!!!

Is apparently akin to "sucking miles balls"... Who knew? I know y'all are bummed that LSU won, but you need to just take some deep breaths and maybe jerk off or something. That'll make you feel better.

Dudebro2-No I had no expectation to see Harris last night and there were NO moments where he should have been put in that game. Now the Arkansas game is a different matter, he should have saw some kind of action for the simple fact that he couldn't do any worse. Last night game is another matter, LSU controlled the ball, they just couldn't pull away because of special teams play.

There would have been no reason to put Harris in that game last night. Other games well

TeamLSU -

Really because I can think of a few.

How about 12-21 for 109yds with a TD and INT.

How about getting Harris more playing time to see what he can do against SEC competition.

How about we have statistically the worst QB in the SEC and that is what you want for the next year?

How about continuing to evaluate your options at the most important position on the field in a meaningless nothing game.

Those are just a few but kind of an important few.

We already new Jennings can throw the ball under a 60% completion rate.
We already new Jennings is a game manager, not a game changer.
We already new Jennings can hand the ball off.
We already new Jennings is capable of beating shitty SEC teams.

I completely disagree with you last night game was the perfect game to put Harris in the game for meaningful snaps because our running game was going to win that game no matter who was QB-ing. Not giving Harris some meaningful snaps in that game was complete and utter incompetence from our HC. He even admitted it himself by saying it was a mistake on his part. We were going to win that game just by pounding the ball right down their throats and the proof is Jennings only passing for 107yds out of 491yds total offense. Last night was the perfect game to continue to evaluate Harris's play.

Miles just continues to prove he is an idiot!!

Harris would have ran for 200+ against that defense last night. It makes sens that Les would not want to work him in the game

Because Miles hates LSU and wants the team to lose, right?

Look, we all understand coach-speak and the need to be vague. But Miles seems to just flat out lie, even when it's not necessary. Why say it was a "mistake" to not play Harris last night? We all know that Harris wasn't going to play unless Jennings was hurt.
