I don't think he is concerned about anything. I think he sees the most talented players he's ever had a chance to coach. Keeping Beckwith obviously a big key. But I wouldn't say he's concerned

I think this guy is the real deal. I think he knows he is very capable, having already done more with less. When a guy knows he has the skill, he is not worried about a new job or new challenges. Listening to some of his interviews, he is a leader and takes full responsibility for the product on the field. Very optimistic about this guy.
