Poor linebacker play with the exception of Kwon and Beckwith makes me wonder why we haven't been using Garrett? Even when the game is out of reach. Last I heard he was "having trouble dealing with the heat." Has anyone else heard anything different?

I thought that some had reported that he was overweight. Not sure if that is true or relevant, but I remember posts about it.

Of the freshman class impact guys, him and Battle, are the guys that I'd thought we'd see more of by now. I guess they just want to slowly work em in...

He is probably a great player with tremendous skill and speed and could probably help LSU win games, except we have Les Miles who doesn't always play LSU's best players, ie; Jennings over Harris, Welter over Beckwith, the list goes on and on.

I don't know if I buy that guys...I mean Welter played 90% of the snaps last year when Beckwith was a true freshman. I just think that Les is not comfortable with a true frosh at MLB.

Oh and BTW I saw CG on campus a few weeks ago and the guy looks like he could go Mike Tyson and eat your children.

He's 18 and MLB is the most complicated position on the defense. Give him time, shite.

Please don't encourage him...Les has answered one prayer by replacing the QB...
