Many of you must underestimate how valuable it is to recruits to be "likeable" as a coach
You are going to spend the next 3-4 years learning from this man, playing for him, traveling with him, being reviewed and hyped and lauded and criticized by this man, share the same fate as him when you win, trust him, respect him, and share the most formative years of your life with this man.
