Had a chance to interview him a couple of years ago. I had to ask him about how it felt. He didn't undersell it.

LSU was in the national title game a lil over 4 years ago. If our program and coach lacked integrity like so many around us, they would have been in it again 3 years ago.
The team was young the past TWO seasons. Which have been a lil disappointing. It is possible to still have a good season and not win the National Title. When teams can't settle it on the field and you rely on a group of people to vote, you need a lot of things to go your way.
