Very solid grinder. Allows others to make plays.

Always glad when these young men stay. Really adds depth and leadership to the team and in many cases is more beneficial to them.

Funny how people overlook them three all being in the same class. LaCouture had a 6 month jump over them, but he's more than earned his starting spot.

If our players had not dominated in the bowl game I would have been surprised. Texas Tech was a shitty 5 loss team in an inferior conference.

He played less as the season went on and other guys stepped up. He is a fine college player and provides very good depth...but the 2016 season does not depend on him.

He has done nothing that makes him leaving early for the NFL seem like a reasonable proposition.

Pump the sunshine all you want. Key is worth sunshine pumping, FWIW.

Good, he can be valuable depth to eat up some reps to spell the new studs coming in

You're either very new to this, or else you're a slow learner. The "new studs" are ranked no higher than Herron, Gilmore and Valentine were. All of them took years to pan out, except Valentine who never will.

Lacouture will be our #1 or #2 DT next year. He played like a boss this year, too. He's not a Brockers or a Dorsey, but he's an excellent compliment to a guy like that. Maybe Godchaux will be that guy next year.

The guy played less as the year went on because he had two serious injuries that were reported as minor. He had a fractured foot 10 days prior to the Alabama game(had surgery to place a pin) but played. His injury normally has a minimum 6 week recovery post op. He broke his arm prior to the bowl game(had surgery 2 days following the game to repair it) but played a good bit anyway. The dude is tough as nails and will get his shot in the NFL despite what some may think. He is a beast in the middle and allows others to make plays by his occupying space. Pay attention to what is happening on the field as opposed to the stat line and you will see!

Good. We need a Sr to help with the newcomers.

And depth.

It's crazy how long ago it feels like it's been since we've had so many juniors come back. I've just become accustomed to losing everybody.
