This is worse

At least that team went down to a white hot 3 pt shooting GT team that had D. Scott, B. Oliver and K. Anderson on it.

These shitstains can't beat Tennessee at home.

In the second round of the NCAA tournament. The team they lost to went to the Final Four and had 3 NBA players.

This LSU team is by far the most underachieving LSU team of all time.

This team wont even make the NIT. Maybe one of those off the grid tournaments. That CJ and shaq team lost in the tournament. This is embarassing.

Are you kidding me, Chris Jackson was the best college player I have ever seen and then there is Shaq. Who on this team compares to Chris Jackson? Ben is better than Shaq was at this time but Chris Jackson was Steph Currie of his time. Stanley was no slouch either. There is no way that team should have under achieved the way they did. Dale Brown had no clue how to coach that team. How that team lost a game can only be blamed on a bad coach. That was probably one of the most talented teams in the history of college basketball.

You obviously do not know how the NCAAT was back then. Not a realistic comparison.

Shaq and Stanley were in their first year of college basketball.

So is Ben Simmons. My point is we have no one on this team even close to Chris Jackson.

That was not a flop. GT was the better team. LSU was young and raw.

That bad arse team lost in the 2nd round to a phenomenal GT team. If you followed then shaq was more of a defensive blocker and rebounder. He didn't have much of an offensive game. They lost to Lethal Weapon 3 in a great game that finished 94-91. GT went to the final four that year. Not fun losing but I still remember how great a team that was.

GT had the "Leathal Weapon 3", Kenny Anderson, Dennis Scott, and Brian Oliver. They each avg over 20pts a game.

Can't believe LSU led by 17 in the 1st half and let that one slip away.

That LSU team was very much flawed like this LSU team. Chris Jackson's game doesn't fit with two 7 footers. Plus, two 7 footers can't occupy the same space. Shaq was very young, undeveloped, and immature in various ways. You have to build a good team with complimentary parts; you can't just put together talented players. A team of good players that play as a unit will always be decidedly better than a team that doesn't play nor is built as a unit regardless of the talent. All that takes time, experience, and good coaching.
