He's a dedicated fan. He's a great guy. His brother Billy lives where I'm from. I grew you with him. I know the whole family. They would both give you the shirts off their backs. It's not a show. He has conviction for LSU....and baseball as a whole. I'm proud to know him.
I didn't know u posted here Chris, when do you leave for Omaha?

I have no idea who he is and I'm happy I don't.

I can take him in small doses. I appreciate that he gets the fans going at times. However, my dad and I had tickets very near him in the old box and we gave them up and moved further out after the first year. Just too aggravating to sit that close to every game.

Wrong. NO relation to Chris or Billy.
Don't you know that sports are about tradition and superstitions? What Chris does has become a tradition at the Box way before the UCLA thing(and probably before you were born). Deal with it. I guarantee they are some OU fans pulling for LSU after making friends here this weekend. They may now be a vocal as Chris is, but it's all the same. A fan is a fan.
Let me guess, you love the LSU pimps that ALWAYS get on TV for football????? You think they do that to motivate the crowd and the football players? Gimmie a break. They are doing that for their 15 mins of fame....BOOK IT. LSU football players wouldn't know about the Pimps if the TV didn't find them? The baseball players know Chris and probably listen and look for him.
I guess cuz screaming to get LSU fans going is way worse then looking like a 70's idiot so the TV can find you, right? And the football team gets really PUMPED knowing the Pimps are in TS?
Am I right?
I'll hang up and listen

Not upset a all. Hell, I've only been to one game at the new box since it opended
Just trying to figure out what's the real issue about Chris.
could it be:
the noises he makes
the TV time
the sweatiness
that he cheered for another team at CWS when LSU wasn't there?
Just don't get it.
And if anyone think for ONE SECOND that he will be cheering for UCLA at the CWS, they are complete and total idiots and should have thier LSU fan cards revoked forever.

Animosity started when he and Anita were on the field participating in the final game at the old stadium and the first game at the new. There were distinguished baseball alumni and those two. It didnt fit that two fans would be on the field for that when plenty of others pay the same price and attend the same # of games.

The noise and sweatiness IMO

I see your point.
I wonder if they asked to be there or were requested by CPM or the team? I do remember seeing them on the field on TV and saying, "WTF are they doing there?"
I would have an issue with that too if I followed baseball as religiously as them two did...except more quietly

I'm just wondering how many games these two have attended over the years.
Why is it wrong to recognize loyal fans?
Are you jealous?

It's one thing to be a loyal fan and attend all the games. I applaud and encourage that.
It's quite another thing when recognition of your fandom gives you an overinflated sense of entitlement, the way it does with Anita.
Don't know if the stories about Guillot in this thread are true, but if so, he's changed. The Chris Guillot I used to see was the kind of guy who would scour the parking lots looking for tickets for total strangers who couldn't get one...especially kids. Yeah, he's a bit of an attention whore...but he'd also give you the shirt off his back.
Anita, on the other hand has always been about Anita. That woman really seems to think that she's more important than the program.

I'm with ya here. I didn't have a problem with Chris and the K-lady being part of the opening ceremonies at the new Box. In fact, when I saw them out there on the field my first thought wasn't "why are they out there?" but rather "hey, there they are." I'll probably catch flack for this, but when I think about Chris I don't think ill of him, I think that I wish I had the job, money, and time to be as enthusiastic as he is.
When it is all said and done we are all here for the same reason: Some fans contribute a million dollars (and get a purple jacket at a football game), some attend every game, some can only make a few, some bring fans, big bags and 80's style headphones with them, some bring K's, some walk around and start cheers, but as long as they are all supporting the Tigers they are just fine in my book.

Tell me what she did/said to prove this.
Thanks.

Trust me. I can attest firsthand to some of the stories about our K-Lady.
The "do you know who I am" incident with the marshals clearing the stadium between games of a DH is just one thing I've witnessed.

i like seeing cg at the sec tourney. it's funny to see the looks on the other fans faces when he starts running around the stadium. i used to feel bad for his kids. they had to sit alone while dad led the cheers. i think he gave them ice cream though to lessen the pain.

Let me guess. They were dressed in rags, had dirty faces and sat by the concession stands with their begging bowls?

Did you also witness where Chris beat them with sticks because one of them dared to ask, "More please" after he made then share a single scoop of ice cream?
You haters are really funny.

Don't entertain that clown. He's going to continue to ask for documented evidence and even if you provide it, he will ignore it and ask for more.

Dude just quit.
You can search and find plenty of threads about her in the last few months. Tons and tons of first hand accounts of her just being a bitch.
Why are you so set on defending her?? She your late night drunk hook up or something?
