Pull for Auburn so Arky doesn't have anything to play for in November when we play them. Plus, Bama will probably beat Auburn also, which would give them two losses (assuming we beat AU) on the year and we could still lose one and go to ATL.

to me it seems logical that we want auburn to win that way we need to just beat auburn and bama and we're a lock for atlanta. if arky wins we need to win out to be a lock for atlanta

I will be pulling for Auburn. Lee has already proved that he can beat Auburn on the road. Arky seems to always have our number. If we beat Auburn and beat Bama and loose to Arky we still go to Atlanta.

This. Plus it would help in the BCS if we beat Auburn when they are unbeaten

Def Arky. It can only help us to have Aub lose since they are in a better position to win the west than Arky. frick the rankings match-up. Our ranking will take care of themselves if we keep winning.

Auburn. An undefeated Auburn would have more pressure on trying to keep their national championship hopes alive (like us). They might crack more easily under this pressure.

Arkansas is getting my cheers. Gotta win the SEC before you can go to the NCG. A one loss LSU would need help to go to the SECCG... so Auburn, Alabama, and Arkansas would need two losses if we don't beat them all. Alabama can still add another to Auburn, we can add one to any and all of three, but if we slip up we need some help.

Auburn. We want to play them when they are unbeaten. A loss by Arky pretty much knocks them out of any SEC West championship and I like that idea.

But if they beat us and lose to Bama and we beat bama, either them or Bama goes because their ranking will be higher due to the love fest of Cam and defending national champs. Our best route to the title game is with an Auburn loss. Arkansas probably won't lose again and we'll play them with Methlet having them in the Top 10.

After living in Arkansas for 3 1/2 yrs.I'll never pull for them unless its OOC game or bowl game. In 2007 I had a coworker tell me the hogs had a better program than LSU, and yes he was serious............ Same guy told me that going to a game in LR was better than TS, again he was serious........ Go war tigers.

If Ark beats AU, and we beat Ark, AU and Bama, that means they will all have at least 2 losses, meaning NONE of LSUs SEC opponents will be in the top 10 unless the top of the BCS gets shuffled a bit more like 2007.

That cant be good.

Bob, you understand what few seem to. It isn't where they are ranked when you beat them (although that does give you a bump in the minds of the voters). What really matters is where the teams that you have beaten are ranked at the end of the season.

That said, I'm pulling for Auburn this weekend. I've said since the Spring that Arkansas gives us our only loss. A 1 loss Auburn team at the end of the season would probably be in the top 10. Plus, if LSU beats Auburn, Ole Miss and Bama, then they will have the SEC West locked up already when they go to Arkansas.

This is exactly what I'm cheering for. I want one of those Arkansas specials with 6 OTs
