I've seen stencils for doing that and even briefly considered getting one. They were nowhere near that large though.

I think know this guy, its a Brusly man, he is very serious about his grass, pretty sure he knows how to do this by heart without any stencile. It is no mistake it looks exactly like the one in Tiger Stadium and if I remember, he was very particular about the grass in the old Alex Box Stadium. He is a great guy...
