Chavis Recruiting for A&M ... Rabalais Article + Pic

Better yet what kind of dumbass makes the argument that he wasn't working/recruiting for a school when he knew that he posed for pictures with a recruit in an A&M pullover in mid January? Did he think those pictures just disappeared or something?

A&M has to make up their minds. Either Chavis was officially working for them and they owe us the buyout, or he wasn't and A&M is guilty of recruiting violations. What'll it be?

Will be interesting if Chavis had accrued leave/vacation/etc... the lawyers will eat up $800k of somebodies budget to dissect the language that governs what is allowable in this situation.
However, if I'm LSU, I spend the $800k just for the fun and principle of the matter. Seeing Chavis mad is kinda soothing.

Can LSU have it both ways? Hand TAM in for recruiting violations because Chevis was not on there staff and have chevis pay te 400k for breach of contract?

I hope they get the recruiting infractions, but if they don't, LSU should use the money to upgrade the bathrooms in Tiger Stadium. They should paint all the toilets in the stadium maroon, and have a sign above them all that says: "defecate on A&M"
