It's the student section. I like the energy they are bringing to the games.

Short of human sacrifice, let them have fun and be very loud.

I did and said a lot of stupid shite at LSU with my friends and am in no position to ever judge them.

It’s Rick Barnes and Tennessee, so it’s not untrue.

Every year they are ranked high preseason and picked at the top of the SEC. conference starts and they fade.

Why are you the way you are? STTDB is awesome.

I can’t stand “overrated” either. It started up vs UGA in 2018, and I remember saying no, we’re just underrated. I knew then we were building something special, yet nothing could have prepared me for what was coming

I think it is fine when a team is ranked higher than us and especially ranked very highly. It's absurd when we are ranked higher

We did that when I was at LSU in the early '80's.

Get over yourself. Who cares what the students chant? We don't need to police or micro manage what gets chanted at games. A lot of times its in the heat of the moment that chants get started anyway. As long as they don't do anything damning like throwing bottles or food at people we don't need to complain about our fans attending the games and trying to provide a good atmosphere. The players and Coaches love it, leave it be.

they are college kids.

It's not that big of a deal.

Find something else to wine about.

Some of you would complain about the taxes on a million dollar lottery win.

Yeah it was pretty pathetic to chant it at the #18 team. I get that people are gonna do it when you’re playing #1 but it was just sad to do it to #18. Thankfully it didn’t last long.

The energy the SS brings is great this year, but you can tell they’re not “basketball fans”

That’s what we need. The student basketball fans are loser dungeons and dragons nerds. We need the football fans to show up.
