Reid has been great. He's instinctive with the ball in the air and he is a sure tackler.

and he has an NFL body as a sophmore.


As far as "mass exodus" after last year, LSU has a pretty good past of players coming back for their SR year.


defensive line especially seems like a position where guys need to play out their eligibility or at least have 1 dominant year to leave early

I question this based on the number of missed tackles I've noticed this year.

No doubt. But not sure he moves and tackles like an NFL safety. Of course, he's a true sophomore though so time will tell. But he has other guys next to him the same age that are playing better imo.

5. Reid.

In context he has been great for a sophomore. He's not an all conference player but I'd bet he will be next year.
