Has this ever happened in the history of football?

Could JJ sue himself? One of the 7 million new legal scholars on the Rant answer that one!

That one he could win... but then he'll have all those legal fees... unless before he starts his pro career with the Cowboys, he goes to law school at LSU, in which case he could pay himself. Then there's the appeal process.

If anything, this has helped his draft status.

He's gone from the guy who thought Sherman Hemsley was our 3rd President to the guy who throws drunken punches.

Here's all you need to know: he was the 92nd ranked QB in college football in 2010, and LSU's passing offense was dead last in the SEC, but he can make a decent run once in a while.

Seriously, would any other QB in the WORLD have the job security this guy has enjoyed with that kind of production? Hell, Garrett Gilbert and Dayne Crist had open competitions this year and they are far and away better QBs than JJ.

I gotta stop. If I think about it much more, I'm pretty sure my head will explode.

That is where LSU has to be very careful before suspending any of these guys. As bad as it may look to let them play against Oregon the University has to watch their own A$$

He broke rules -- he can be booted at anytime now. That's like JLee saying he should sue for starting JJ over him.

Oh yeah, and he is 15th of senior qbs. Not many senior qbs in the country and even less qbs that are good enough to get drafted sticking around until their senior year. 15th on that list doesn't even promise time in the senior bowl.

For being there at that time and being involved, he should be suspended. If the facts reveal he was striking a smaller person beyond what was reasonable to defend himself, inflicting injuries, he should have a longer suspension. Whether suspended or not this year, he will be working in sales or for a construction firm 2-3 years from now. Big football players simply cannot hit and fight smaller people. It is absurd.

First of all I never said he would be Drafted or he should be. All I asked was, after watching the movie "the Program" should have said movie so you might have understand where the question comes from could he sue them. I never said he should or anything of the sorts. Makes me wonder with all the Jokes about Bama fans not being able to read, guess the rant can't comprehend.
