If JJ is suspended and misses the Oregon game but hasn't been charged or guilty of anything but Curfew, Could he sue for hurting his draft status? Watched The Program last night got me thinking.

First he would have to prove that he even had a chance at being drafted to begin with.

That is where LSU has to be very careful before suspending any of these guys. As bad as it may look to let them play against Oregon the University has to watch their own A$$

you guys are kidding right..a player bringing legal charges against the school for playing time..Well dont suspend him and just not play him..You guys are worried about legal..Let the chips fall where they may, and the truth will always win out.

and LSU people accuse Bama folks of being delusional. There are actually a few hundreds folks who think JJ will get drafted in the Pros. That is insane.

This is the biggest bunch of bullshite I have read in some time. He's not even projected to get drafted. I would love to see his arse try though so we could all laugh at him

Draft Status, we talking Draft Status?

Could JJ sue himself? One of the 7 million new legal scholars on the Rant answer that one!

No. Because the suspension is coach Miles decision and he makes the decisions on appropriate punishment as he sees fit based on facts. The buck stops with him.

this

It doesn't matter whether he is charged, proven guilty/innocent, or wasn't even at the damn bar. If Miles sees it fit to suspend any player, he has the authority to do so.

I think Miles should just go with Lee as his starting qb at this moment.

Since JJ's future is in the air I wouldn't count on him being able to play. But I wouldn't suspend him til something is known.

If JJ is found guilty then we are ready. If he is found innocent then we work him back into the lineup. But you have to have Lee ready to start.
