Should we have heard by now I if we were getting playoff or championship tickets through LSU?
Should we buy now or wait till after Dec 28th to buy them on 3rd party sites?

I went cruising around a few 3rd parties last night, I'll just have to miss it. I'm not paying $3k for a ticket. I have private school to pay for.

If you requested through LSU, you should’ve received an email Sunday saying you had a request in and that notifications will be sent out this week but everyone who requested is expected to receive at least 2.
Won’t know about Championship tickets until a few days after the Peach Bowl.

My bro and nephews have tickets. Is it time to sell for 3X the profit? I kid. we aint missing our last chance to see mighty Joe in Person. Hope it all goes well and our tigers are headed to New orleans.

Last year's participating team championship tickets were digital through the CFP app & the tickets were delivered on New Year's Day.
Registration/Mobile Ticket Delivery Timeline:
Dec 30, 2018 (day after semifinal) - National Championship tickets will be charged to the card provided.
Dec 30, 2018 - CFBPlayoff App available (seat locations are not available at this time).
Jan 1, 2019 - Seat locations available for viewing via the CFBPlayoff App.
However, there's no good reason LSU can't notify all season ticket holders now regarding the fulfillment status of their championship game ticket request.

What is so sad about these ticket prices is that only the wealthy can spend $3,000 or more on couple tickets when thousand of us would go if the tickets weren’t scalped. It used to be illegal, not anymore. I did get to go to 2005 game under Saban, but it was a birthday, Christmas and everything you get for entire year gift that my son and I begged for. The Game Atmosphere with all the celebrities all over the field and stands is pretty cool.
