I am with the Mick, a lot of the current Lsu fans are a bunch of pussy's. They never act like they can stay up past 9:45 or have to get back to mommy by ten. We always stayed till the bitter end, win or lose, but we were older than 12.

I'm at the games, and if you must know, I'm there until the team has completely left the field. But I also watch people "heading for the exits" in the first half, but guess what, most of them come back to their seats.

I didn't say that we don't have many people leaving in the 2nd half, I just said that not everyone walking down the steps is leaving for good.

There's no denying traffic is bad but doesn't everyone know that going in? It's not like when I'm at an away game the traffic is much better. It's almost like the leaving early vag's are wearing it like a badge of honor. If you can't handle the whole thing why go?

Traffic leaving an LSU game is no worse than at Auburn, Bama, UGA, etc. Our fans are just spoiled and many of them are more concerned about partying than they are about the game itself.

Will be to stay and support this team NO matter the circumstances

It CAN be done. The 2012 bama game was a perfect example.
Even though we were down 14-3 at halftime, NO ONE left early. You couldn't have squeezed a doodlebug's toenail molecule into DV that night.

And even AFTER the final gun, as the anticlimactic ending had everyone standing and in stunned silence, no one left for at least 5 or 10 minutes; as if they were waiting for a penalty or a do-over that wold have given the victory LSU so richly deserved that night.

My feeling is that the team has a job - win the game and I have a job - support my team. No matter what the score is. I would be unhappy if I felt like the players quit before the game was over - no matter what the score is. Traffic is part of the deal and being in Tiger Stadium for ANY game is worth the trouble.

I don't care if the game is on tv. I don't care if the traffic is bad. I don't care if it is hot, cold, or raining. I will be in Tiger Stadium until the end like always!

People call other people "super fan" like it is a bad thing. If I am a "super fan" then so be it and I am proud of it and not ashamed. Better than being a vag.

People today are so wrapped up with their smart phones and Facebook that they can't stand to be without it for 4 hours. I have read many complaints about it on this board. Do without your phone people! Put it away! It is just 4 hours! I promise you will still be alive.

Our pace of life today and all the mental stimulation we are subjected has created a society that can't sit still for 4 hours. They get bored easily and have to go on to something else.

I speak the truth.

and in all honesty, who gives a frick about traffic? "OMG...i have to sit in my air conditioned car and listen to the radio for an extra hour!!!" bunch of pussies. almost as bad as the kids on here bitching because theres no wifi.

I was very disappointed to see all scurrying down the NEZ ramps at halftime Saturday while we're handling our business in an SEC game. THIS Saturday, If we are blowing them off the field and up 2 scores, down 2 or 3 scores, whatever, STAY and make the legend of Tiger Stadium proud. Pay the babysitter extra, bring in more bourbon, get a crossword puzzle for your car while you're sitting in traffic, bring an extra jacket, NO EXCUSES people, let's support our young damn strong football team! GEAUX TO HELL OLE MISS

You can't deny the gameday experience has dropped off a bit with the parking, traffic, increased prices, etc.

And at the same time, the viewing experience on HD televisions at bars or on the couch has exponentially increased.

No reason to sit at home 20 years ago when only a few games are televised and subpar production value. Now you can pretty much watch any game you want. And Tiger Stadium still does a shitty job covering other games.

Brah, this is BatonfreakingRouge. There is too much to do here to stay at a football game for 3.5 hours.

Rednecks in Tuscaloosa, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston, where football is the only show in town and have nothing better going, may stay all game but not us. We big time.

Now THIS I agree with. The obsession that people have with texting and posting to Facebook is just absurd. It's so fricking narcissistic to believe everyone else wants to see every detail of your life.

Live in the moment, people. You'll survive just fine without posting another picture of you in Tiger Stadium or with your friends at a tailgate.

Just live. Leave the phone alone.
