Does Tennessee have more National Titles than the one in the 50s and the one in 98? I thought we had more than them.

I think that this is the best criteria to rank All-Time Programs. One thing I don't get though is how UGA gets credited for 2 NCs, Tennessee gets 4 NCs, but our 1908 NC which is more legit than two of Tenn's and one of UGA's is not recognized by CFB Data Warehouse. Imagine if they correct this blunder then LSU will gain 50+ points while UT will lose -100 and UGA will lose -50. Still in all, any criteria that factors SOS in it's formula along with wins and win% gets a big .

CFBDW isn't going to count a National Title that the school doesn't even claim...

The BCS is only 10 years old, before that the AP was the more prestigious title.

Good thread re:1908

I seem to remember seeing like 34 different polls, and 2 of them had LSU #1. LSU doesn't claim 1908, either.

Princeton at 13. I know they have a good history, but seeing that's hilaious

Don't discount the Ivy League. Just remember, a guy who was second string on Harvard's J.V. team came to LSU and started at quarterback.

It's absolutely relevant if it's "all time"
